To keep growing and create value, together.

We have built a company where we share a single goal: the creation of shared value.

“Believing in the power of education, digital innovation, and the creation of a new business model based on people, we’ve come this far. Over time, we’ve improved our offering by integrating enthusiasm, ethics, and continuous research, gradually acquiring thousands of clients in Italy and abroad.”

Giovanni Lombardi
President of Tecno Group

Aware of the urgency with which citizens and companies must embrace change, we feel the need to spread a new mindset starting from the very concept of sustainability, which for us means shared value creation, opportunity, and growth. Our actions are oriented toward ambitious and inclusive projects, which prioritize people and follow a circular economy model.
It is essential to accelerate this process of new awareness by involving the productive ecosystem of our country.

Claudio Colucci
CEO of Tecno Group

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS

Le The people: our primary stakeholders

We continuously invest in the personal and professional development of our people because they are a strategic asset for the Group, our greatest value.

We recognize the strategic importance of creating a work environment where people feel they belong, are respected, and appreciated. We also believe that diversity, skills, and how challenges inside and outside the company are addressed are fundamental for building a customer-focused organization that fosters beneficial, trust-based relationships.

Il progetto The Talents Project

In 2017, we launched the “Talents” project to support our industrial growth plan, promote employment—especially among youth—and positively impact economic development. A major talent acquisition campaign through which we planned to hire over 120 professionals in the following two years, achieving excellent results.

Territory and institutions:
a constant contribution

Our social responsibility is expressed through care for the local area, enhancement of artistic and cultural heritage, and actions focused on well-being, inclusivity, and community development, especially for younger generations.

We have long supported Italian artistic heritage by funding some of the country’s leading cultural institutions.

2022: a year of recognition

We faced many challenges in 2022, reaching major milestones.
More await us, and we are ready to face them together.

Future scenarios

Purchase of electricity from renewable sources

To strengthen our commitment to combating climate change, we aim to purchase only electricity from renewable sources, thus significantly reducing CO₂ emissions harmful to humans and the environment.

Use of refurbished devices

In order to actively participate in the transition to a circular economy, we are integrating initiatives that enhance product life cycles. Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact associated with electronic waste disposal by focusing on products that are regenerated with minimal resource use and significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Organizational Carbon Footprint Study

The analysis and reporting of direct and indirect emissions attributable to our organization will allow us to highlight the actions taken on our sustainability path and further improve our environmental impact.
